Shipping & Returns
Well, hello! If you’re reading this, it’s likely you’ve made a purchase from us, so we owe you a big, “thank you!”
It’s our promise to deliver the highest quality products to our extended family of customers, and make any hiccups right along the way. That all being said, below you will find some useful factoids to help you with any issues you may find with your order.
• First and foremost, give us a call! If something happened to your product upon arrival, if you didn’t like something you received, if you ordered something by mistake, if your spouse said you paid too much, or for any other reason, call us and we’ll do our best to make it right! 1-855-750-2673 ext 2
• We can accept returns on most products up to 30 days from the date of order. For the item to be returned, it must be in its original, sealed, new condition.
Unfortunately, some types of products cannot be returned. For a full list of exclusions, feel free to call us at 855-750-2673, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, “Returns.”
Examples of excluded products: sale items, products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer, certain perishable food products, heat sensitive food products, gift cards, shipping charges, etc.
>>Factoid: We take great care in shipping our products so that you receive them in pristine condition! Depending on where you live, the season we are in, and the day of your order, we specifically ship items with different carriers on different days to ensure the best experience. Certain shippers tend to store products in hot warehouses that melt protein bars and more. We’ve all ordered protein bars that have arrived melted or nut butters that come in leaking in the box. Now, imagine we accepted a return on a protein bar from a previous customer who shipped it back to us from Texas, in the middle of summer, on a Friday where it would sit all weekend, with no ice packs…
Yeah, you follow…it would be a melted gooey mess. Now you wouldn’t want us to resell that back to you, right? Exactly. Hence certain items just cannot be returned.
Now, should we make an error (which doesn’t happen very often), we will, of course, accept the return and all costs on us, or we will send a replacement immediately. Again, contact us if this is the case.
Please send us an email or call us if you have even the craziest question. We really want you to get what you want, and be completely happy with your purchase. We believe a big part of that happening depends on our customers communicating questions to us before placing an order.
Are you concerned with what the flavor of that protein powder will be like?
Hey, not all “chocolates” are created equal... Let us break it down for you! We’ll give you the cold hard truth. Some taste freak’n amazing, while others, not so much (but they probably have benefits to them that we value more than taste).
Here’s a quick example of some different chocolate explanations we have:
1. It tastes exactly like 1% chocolate milk, but a bit thinner
2. Chocolate ice cream, all the way
3. The outside of a chocolate cake, with no frosting
4. Just like a dark chocolate bar
5. More like a melted jar of chocolate chunk ice cream
6. Sorta like chocolate covered grass, with a bit of texture
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll let you know if there are any hang-ups. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your customer account for future use, minus the original true cost of shipping. You will get an email breaking down all the applicable credits/charges.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Let us know what you would like to exchange, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We currently ship to select International destinations. During checkout, with your address you will know if your country is one of them or not. Due to the changing nature of international shipping we do not have a set list.
With International orders we cannot be responsible for the care of the item after it leaves our possession. Please keep that in mind before ordering; there is a risk that the items may be confiscated by customs, or stolen by shipping companies. Although very unlikely, it has been known to happen.
Also, you may be responsible for duties or taxes placed on your order from your local customs agencies. You will be responsible to pay those "if applicable" in order to receive your package. We have no definite way of knowing what items will be imposed tariffs, for what countries, until they inspect your items. Although it is rare to be charged for the majority of the items we sell, it is still possible.
Additional Return Information For US Orders:
To return your product, we will most often provide you with a return label to drop off at the carrier. In some cases, we may ask you to ship it back to us via any shipper you choose.
>>Factoid: Look, we’re a very big, small company. That being said, everything has to make sense to keep us in business. We always look to take care of our customer first, and our financials second, but we still have to be smart. If the shipping cost to send products to you was $9.85, and another $6 for you to return one item to us, that’s over $15 just in shipping charges, lost to shippers! That’s money from us, and money from you. So before we go through all of that to return a $5 product, perhaps we can come up with a better solution!
Once we place your products with the shipper, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Make sure your email address is input correctly, and check your SPAM filter. The shipper will take responsibility for all lost or stolen packages. Whereas you may be required to contact them if an issue comes up with the package, contact us first to see how we can help, (or in some cases we may handle it all together with you...after all, we’re here for you)!
Be sure to closely check your shipping address. We use software to verify, but in some cases, that system is as flawed as your fingers. Any returned shipments due to incorrect addresses, will be treated as a return, and acceptable items will be credited if accepted; but we will call you to discuss first.

• Most returns are accepted within 30 days
• Avoid returns on questionable purchases by calling or emailing us first
• If you want a return/exchange, call or email us
• Some items cannot be returned due to obvious reasons
• We always want to make it right, somehow, someway
• It’s our policy to refund as store credit, but we can talk
• Actual shipping costs are subtracted from refund amounts
• If we ever make a mistake, we always make it right

If it’s been more than 30 days, and you still want to return an item, reach out to us. More likely than not, we won’t be able to accept the product back, but maybe we can still do something for you. We may be able to offer you a new product with a discount, or in rare cases we can get one of our manufacturers to accept a product back after an extended period of time. Also during the holiday season we often are granted extensions.
