Pumped Up Protein Pancake Mix
Packed with whole grain oats and 20 grams of high quality protein per serving. No add sugar, and each serving contains a good source of fiber to keep you feeling full longer. Don't just wake up and go through the motions. Spring out of bed, whip up a stack of Pumped Up Pancakes, and take your day head on.
1 Serving=1/2 cup (55g)
6 Servings per container
1. Preheat griddle to med/low heat (250-275°F)
2. Whisk 1 cup of mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup of cold water. Let batter sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Add water or mix to achieve desired consistency.
3. Pour batter into 4 inch pancakes on lightly greased griddle.
4. Cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles break on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes about 6 pancakes.

2. Whisk 1 cup of mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup of cold water. Add 1 egg along with 2 tbsp of apple sauce and 1 tsp vanilla (optional).
3. Pour batter into heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
